Terms

1. The items being provided to the client by Evelyn Patterson are free from known defects at the time of service provided.  If the items prove to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Evelyn Patterson without charge.

2. This warranty is given at the time of service provided and is void if the goods have been:

•  damaged by negligence 
• used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used in accordance with any operating instructions supplied with the items
• adapted or repaired other than by the vendor
• added on to or used with other items which may affect the integrity, performance, safety or reliability of these items

3. If any items are damaged, broken or discarded in any way , the client is responsible to reimburse Evelyn Patterson for 50% of the rental price of the item.

4.Evelyn Patterson is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of  candles and/or lighting related to any item provided.

5.Evelyn Patterson accepts no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the items provided.

6.I/We accept this proposal by Evelyn Patterson and agree to the terms stated.

7. I/We give Evelyn Patterson permission to post pictures of my event on her website and facebook group.
